Yard Patrol — Terms of Service

By starting service with Yard Patrol, you agree to the following terms:

1. Customers are responsible for providing safe, accessible entry to the service area. If we are unable to access the yard at the scheduled time, the visit may still be charged.
2. Please notify us promptly of any changes in the number of dogs at the property, as this may affect pricing.
3. Severe weather, unsafe conditions, snow accumulation, or other circumstances may delay service. Yard Patrol will resume service as soon as reasonably possible.
4. If your dogs will not be using the yard for an extended period and you would like to pause service, please notify us in advance to avoid unnecessary visits.
5. Customers are responsible for securing aggressive or unsafe pets during service.
6. Yard Patrol is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing property conditions, unsecured gates, hidden hazards, aggressive or unsecured animals, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Prices, fees, and promotions may change. Customers will receive reasonable advance notice of recurring-service price changes.
8. Recurring service may be canceled at any time. Any outstanding balance remains due following cancellation.
9. A payment method is securely added on file during onboarding through our payment processor. Your card on file will be charged after each completed service. Past-due balances may result in suspension or termination of service.
10. By requesting or beginning service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
