FAQ

Dog Poop Removal Questions, Answered

Still not sure about something? Call or text Lucas in Hugo, MN — you'll talk to the owner.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we have safe access to the service area, you never need to be home. Most customers are at work or running errands during their visit.

Can my dog be outside while you clean?

We prefer dogs be inside or secured during service. It keeps everyone safe and lets us work quickly and thoroughly.

What happens if my gate is locked?

If we cannot access the yard, we cannot complete the visit and it may still be charged. Share a gate code or access notes when you sign up and let us know if anything changes.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain is not a problem — we service in normal Minnesota weather. Severe storms or unsafe conditions may push your visit to the next available day.

What happens if it snows?

We service through winter whenever waste is visible and reachable. Heavy snowfall can bury waste, so some visits may be lighter and we catch up as snow melts.

Do you operate during winter?

Yes. Recurring service continues year-round unless you ask to pause it.

What happens if weather causes a missed service?

We reschedule as soon as conditions allow, usually within a few days. You will hear from Lucas directly if your visit shifts.

Can I pause service while I'm on vacation?

Absolutely. Just call or text Lucas in advance and we will pause your visits until you are back.

What if I have multiple dogs?

No problem. More dogs means more volume, so your quote reflects that. Let us know if the number of dogs at the property changes.

Do you sanitize your equipment?

Yes. Equipment is cleaned between properties so nothing travels from one yard to the next.

How does billing work?

Once your service and pricing are confirmed, you'll securely add a payment method on file. Your card will be charged after each completed service. Additional payment details will be provided during onboarding.

Can I cancel recurring service?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel any time; any outstanding balance remains due.

How does a one-time cleanup work?

Request a cleanup, we confirm the details and final pricing, then we schedule a date and thoroughly clear the service area in one visit.

What is a spring cleanup?

It is the bigger post-winter visit that clears everything the snow hid all season, so your yard is usable again as soon as it thaws.

Does yard size affect pricing?

Yes. Yard size, number of dogs, waste volume, and property conditions all factor into your final quote.

What if there is excessive waste?

We will let you know before adjusting anything. Heavy accumulation may affect pricing, and you will always be told up front.

What happens to the collected waste?

Waste is bagged and removed from the service area, then disposed of properly. Let us know if you have a preference for your own bin.

What areas do you serve?

Hugo, Lino Lakes, Centerville, Forest Lake, Blaine, and surrounding North Metro communities.

Is there a new customer offer?

Yes. Sign up for recurring weekly or bi-weekly service and your first cleanup is free.
