For one dog that uses the yard daily, weekly is the sweet spot. Two or more dogs, or a yard the kids play in, are usually better on twice-weekly service. Bi-weekly and monthly work well for smaller dogs or yards that mostly get used for quick trips outside.

No. As long as there is safe access to the service area, you never need to be home. Most Hugo customers are at work during their visit.
